Registration & Account Management

You must be at least 18 years old, have an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a bank account or digital wallet in your own name. Each individual may only register one rmking account. Registration is completely free.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours after clear and complete documents have been uploaded. You will need to upload a clear photo of your MyKad or passport, along with a verification selfie. Once KYC is approved, your withdrawal limit will be fully unlocked.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone number — we will send a reset link within 5 minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your main inbox.

Yes, you can. Go to Account Settings after logging in and select "Personal Information". Any changes to your phone number or email will require identity re-verification via an OTP code sent to your original contact details. This process ensures your account security is always maintained.

Your account may be temporarily suspended for several reasons — repeated failed login attempts, suspicious activity, or pending KYC verification. Contact our support team via live chat and provide your full name, registered phone number, and proof of identity. We will help restore your account once identity verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal

rmking accepts a variety of payment methods including FPX (all major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and more), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is RM10 for all methods. All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

Deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed instantly — funds are credited to your rmking account within 1 to 5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed. If your deposit has not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact support and include proof of payment (screenshot of transaction receipt).

rmking withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for most requests. Bank account withdrawals may take slightly longer than digital wallet withdrawals. Your daily withdrawal limit depends on your account's KYC level — accounts with full KYC verification enjoy higher limits.

rmking does not charge any processing fees for deposits. For withdrawals, there are no charges from our side, but your bank or digital wallet provider may apply transaction fees according to their own policies. Please check with your financial service provider for details on any applicable charges.

Withdrawals may be declined or delayed for several reasons: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a bank account name that does not match the account holder, or a pending security review. Contact our customer support team for a detailed explanation of your withdrawal status.

Bonus & Promotions

The wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM2,000 in bets before that bonus can be converted to a withdrawable balance. Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time. You must complete or cancel your current active bonus before claiming a new one. Exceptions apply to certain special promotions — full details are listed on each offer on our promotions page.

Welcome bonuses are typically credited within 5–10 minutes after your first successful deposit. If the bonus does not appear after 30 minutes, please check whether your deposit has been fully processed under Transaction History. If the deposit was successful but the bonus is still missing, contact our customer support via live chat and include proof of deposit.

The rmking app can be downloaded directly from the Download page. The app is available for Android (APK file) and iOS. For Android, you need to allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings. For iOS, follow the installation instructions provided on the download page.

For Android, make sure you have enabled "Install apps from unknown sources" under Settings > Security. Also ensure you have sufficient storage space (minimum 100MB) and Android 6.0 or above. For iOS, make sure your iOS version is 13.0 or later. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

VIP & Loyalty Program
