The Easiest Way to Log In to rmking
There are two main ways to log in to your rmking account. The first is via web browser — simply visit the rmking website, click the "Login" button, and enter your registered phone number or email along with your password. The second is via the rmking mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Download — for a smoother experience, especially for those who play frequently on their smartphone.
Common Login Issues
The most commonly reported login issues are a forgotten password or the phone number used during registration. If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email or phone number and we'll send a password reset link within minutes.
If you encounter errors such as "account locked" or "too many failed login attempts", it means our security system has detected suspicious activity. In this case, contact our support team via live chat and we'll help you safely restore access.
Use Your Own Personal Device
We always recommend logging in to your rmking account using only your own personal device — smartphone, tablet, or personal laptop. Avoid logging in on public computers such as those at internet cafes or devices shared with others. If you must use a shared device, make sure you log out fully and do not save your password on that device.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is an extra layer of security we strongly recommend for all rmking users. With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the verification code sent to your mobile phone. To enable 2FA, go to Account Settings after logging in and follow the instructions under the "Security" section.
Recognize the Signs of Phishing Attempts
Rmking will never send emails or SMS messages asking you to enter your password, PIN, or bank card details via any provided link. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from rmking, it is a fraudulent attempt. Please report it to our support team and never click on those links.

- Never share your password with anyone, including rmking support staff
- Change your password regularly for better security
- Use a unique password for your rmking account — never reuse passwords from other platforms
